"My fiancé and I stayed here as part of a bigger trip around Switzerland and we absolutely loved it!! The owners are so friendly and welcoming, and the location is absolutely stunning. It is a bit more remote in location, but the views are completely worth it. The property had everything we could need, and was very accessible for backpackers with great bus routes right to the train stations. "the room was huge, very nice, and had a really nice view of the alps. the staff was very friendly and the amenities were free. I definitely recommend. The hotel was right next to train station as well so it made it really convenient especially if you are tired from snowboarding/skiing all day"

"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again. "
