"Returning visitors. Can’t beat the location. All rooms facing the lake is also a big plus. Great staff and excellent amenities, including a huge deck connecting restaurant to bar and lounging area with stunning views on the lake, a pool that is very well maintained, hot tub, sauna, ice bath and even bike rentals. Across the street is the entrance to the village. A gem of a place in Big Bear. Let’s all keep this resort as pristine as they’ve made it."

"There are homeless that go through the facility and they really need to pressure wash and clean the sidewalks, handrails and steps.They're dirty and sticky"

"Great location. Easy to walk to shopping, food & museums. Nice pool and hot tub that stay open late. Restaurants close at 9pm and no room service after either which was a bummer because the in-room menu indicated there would be late night service and was looking forward to a meal after enjoying the pool. Despite that, overall good stay and would visit again."
