In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or music in Ridgway's Park! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. The house was spotless on arrival. It is beautiful and the location is away from the noise of town. It is a little bit of a trek to get to from town but we didn’t mind. This rental actually does have enough dishes and seating room for the amount of people that it hosts, which was a really nice surprise. Spectacular views out all the windows, beautiful snow-covered mountains, from the back patio you could see the town below and the lights at night. Lots of trails in the subdivision and houses are spaced far apart with trees to give you privacy. Our family pet got out the door and went missing. Several neighbors went out looking for him with us. The view was breathtaking! Staying at this home was a highlight of our trip. Be aware that two of the beds in the loft area require climbing a ladder, which might be difficult for some people and maybe unsafe for small children. We arrived at the cabin after a long day of travel to a warm house because of lack of air conditioning, but after we got fans going and windows open it was comfortable. There is also a trail that connects right behind the home overlooking the town of Ridgway and mountains behind it. I hope I get to stay here again someday! We were a group of 4 couples and one single and no one was disappointed. It was a great central location for us to visit Durango, Silverton, Montrose, Telluride, etc and we did them all including Colorado National Park near Grand Junction. What a gem that was ! The road up to the house was interesting but it posed no problem and we were on Motorcycles. The inside parking was much appreciated. ##### Mike M. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful place to have our family meet for our daughters wedding. The home was fantastic as well as the wonderful views.The only issue we had was that neither of the vacuums worked and we are very particular about keeping a residence clean. The lack of air conditioning during a heat wave was rough, but the property had plenty of fans to help make this bearable. The view in the pictures looks even better in person, and the property is well-maintained overall (besides a rough-looking table/chairs on the deck that isn't usable). The location is very accessible in any vehicle and close enough to the nearby towns/airports to make errands and pickups not much of a hassle. We did try to contact the property manager to ask how something functioned but didn't receive a response. The price point is great for the quality. Definitely recommend! ##### Ryan G. The house is roomy, clean, and and well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Everything was in good working order. We stocked up on groceries in Montrose for the week. This was ski trip and the drive to Telluride each morning was uneventful as we took in the sights of the surrounding area.The view of the mountains and valley from the family room window was outstanding. An outdoor jacuzzi would have been nice but, I guess you can't have everything. I'd stay here again. ##### Larry G.
