"We were looking for a property a running stream to hang by and little to no other houses/cabins in view. We booked this property to stay near Ellijay based on reviews and listing. It was exactly what we hoped it would be and perhaps even better.To start, the hosts are very communicative and helpful. No issue with arriving. The driveway is steep as described but not overly steep. Cell phone coverage is a little weak to non-existent (for T-Mobile at least) so screenshot instructions for arrival. Once in, we used WiFi calling if needed. We explored various trails in the area and went into Ellijay once. It was conveniently located about 10-15 minutes out. The cabin is decorated beautifully and the amount of pillows and blankets around was impressive. We spent the majority of our time on the porch overlooking and listening to the creek below. It is extremely cozy and peaceful. The kids had water shoes and played in the creek for hours. This place felt like it was curated to be a get-away and it shows in the perfectly placed details throughout the property. All the beds are very comfortable. Recommend eye masks if used to black-out curtains. However, the views and light filtering shades match the vibrant feel of the house. So much natural light helped us keep the lights turned off for the most part. I’d love to come back someday soon and continue relaxing. It’s worth every penny. Thanks again to the Stolls."
