"This was our first trip with our young puppies and the hotel was very accommodating. We have stayed here multiple times before we had the puppies and have always had good experiences. They do have a pet fee that was not stated on the website, $25/pet, and weight restrictions but no breed restrictions. The front desk staff was happy to see the puppies and gave them dog biscuits as well as providing free poop bags. As usual, the room was clean and quiet. It is a convenient location right off the highway and way better than staying in/closer to Madison. "

"We so appreciate the beautiful natural setting and being some distance (1/4 mile) from the road. It's absolutely idyllic. In the morning, we drank our tea on the deck & then would walk down the path to the Tea House to enjoy the view; listening to the bird calls, watching the rabbits hop off into the wildflowers & catching sight of an elusive chipmunk. It was sheer joy for us city dwellers. Also, the house is a short drive to Spring Green. This visit we took in A Midsummer Night's Dream at the American Players Theater - sheer magic! Last summer we scheduled a tour at Taliesin and that was also very special. "

"Location was perfect for visiting Taliesin, staff was friendly and helpful, the included breakfast buffet was tasty and convenient. The fire pit area and getting to watch all the birds at the feeders were also a plus. "

"Check in was easy. Clerk gave excellent instructions for the room, parking, area, etc. Room was roomy. The shower had hot water nearly immediately. Overall great stay"
