« Check in was a breeze. Communication was excellent prior to our stay. Knew entry codes, WiFi password…Kitchen is well equipped for the number of people staying at house. Had anything we were needing. (Could have more kitchen towels available…only he one). Kids love the pool table. The screened-in room was nice. Pool was used a lot during this July stay. Short, easy walk to the beach. »

« Great location!!!! Beds were decent, kitchen is usable, washer and dryer are in kitchen. No hand rails on any of the steps leading into the property, which wouldn't have been a problem it I hadn't injured myself having fun at the beach. Bathrooms are nice, couches in family room are worn out, only basic roku channels on tv so no local channels or sports. « This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good...
