« Si vous allez à Rice Lake, n'hesitez pas sur cette hotel, il est très propre, très confortable avec les grands lits à l'américaine et en plus le petit déjeuner est gratuit; même si celui-ci n'est pas très alléchant (mais c'est a peu prés partout comme ça dans la région, les USA ne sont pas connus pour leur gastronomie), il a le mérite d'exister. De plus l’hôtel est idealement situé, sur Main street, la rue principale de cette ville typique du fin fond du Wisconsin. »

« Nous avons couché à votre hôtel 3 soirs et personne n'est venu faire le ménage de notre chambre de la Fin de semaine. Lorsque j'ai appelé à la réception on m'a répondu que c'était parce l'écriteau Do Not Disturb était sur la porte alors que ce n'était pas le cas et que dans ce cas ils ne font que changé les serviettes et vider les poubelles, mais ils n'ont même pas changé les serviettes et vider les poubelles nous n'avons jamais vécue quelque chose de semblable. »
