"Initially had a room on the 11th floor which wasn’t great for me. The room like a lot of hotels has fixed windows so no fresh air and hotel was very hot so ac on all the time. The staff and manager were great and allowed me to move to a balcony room on the 3rd floor overlooking the square. This completely changed my opinion of the property and we had a great stay"

"I brought my three young children here on a long layover and it was the perfect spot!! They were enthralled with the fish in the i door streams, and the room was very spacious!! The pool was quiet and nice - a but on the cold side. A hot tub would have been a lovely addition! We were absolutely blown away by the incredible complimentary breakfast - there were so many options to keep everyone happy!"

"The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. They even have umbrellas for you in case you forgot yours. The staff at the front desk thought we needed one but we have our own umbrella. We had a wonderful stay and the location was okay. We had everything we needed for our stay and everything worked in the room."

"Stayed 4 nights while attending a wedding and exploring Portland. This hotel was clean, friendly, and staff were always polite and helpful. No complaints. Easy walk to Starbucks in the AM although they do provide in room coffee. We took public transportation quite a bit. Not too bad of a walk to get to stations, but not right out the front door either."
