The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them. Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check...

"Paid for 2 stays first one paid then no reservation when I showed up so I paid twice, Then booked a stay for a ranger school graduation with no charge to change dates if recycled. He recycled twice and they did not honor their promise so I was charged twice more for never staying there,."
