Great location, great service, restaurant has a very nice free breakfast and other meals. A good place to meet friends and business casual. Room is basic, not updated from the 70s or so but comfortable. I understand the next door hotel, Stream, has updated rooms. Many rooms at Black Stream have an amazing view of the historic City Hall. Great service, nice staff.

Ótimo custo benefício, e café maravilhoso
Hotel bem conservado, áreas novas, quarto grande, com tv smart, limpo e confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, somos bem alérgicos e não tivemos problemas nenhum com isso. Área da piscina muito legal, o café da manhã muito gostoso e completo, foi um dos pontos principais por reservamos esse hotel. Pessoal da recepção muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Só o estacionamento que é pago a parte, mas tem conexão com o hotel, nada que seja um problema, foram 15 reais a diária.

O hotel é muito legal y bem localizado. O quarto grande e agradavel. No entanto, achamos que as toalhas nao estavam legais. Além disso, acho que o aplicativo deveria deixar mais evidente as condições do estacionamento. Estacionamento disponível parece que está incluso na estadia, e nfoi o caso. Tivemos de pagar. Aliás, não se se foi um erro do atendente, mas ele tentou me cobrar novamente a estadia, mesmo ja estando pago. Aí insisti que já estava certo e ele foi conferir e estava ok.. No mais, o hotel é ótimo e o café da manhã muito bom tb.
