"Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room."

Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?"

"We enjoyed our stay there, it was clean and very big apartment. The only issue we had it was the heat, there is no air conditioning or fan there , although it was 36 degrees that day. The second issue was the swimming pool, the kids went at its opening time 9am to enjoy it before we start our day, but it was filthy. "

"My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan. The next day I asked for them to fix it and they gave me a fan, which was fine. The next night the fire alarm starting beeping...

"Getting in was difficult for me as my phone ate my sim and refused to give it back, so I didn't have a working phone. The code I had initially been given didn't work and I had no means to contact the company until I got a new sim. (Fortunately I carry a spare phone when abroad) Once this was sorted I got in and all was fine, although the wifi was very poor. The wifi sorted itself out after a couple of days and then was fine. "Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 4 to 13) just got back from a trip here. We are already planning to go back next year! The only downside was having to buy our own toilet paper after the first roll (not a big deal, just wish we would have known before we just got back from the grocery store). The location absolutely could not be beat! It was right by the train station where the Mer de Glacé train leaves from and within walking distance to everything we needed. Ski busses were very close...

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"
