The beach itself has small pebbles, some shade trees in the back, a true garden Eden. Built side by side on a narrow headland, all villas have full sea view. Aug 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Alles in allem war es ein sehr schönes Haus, das für unsere Ansprüche genügt hat. Hier und da kann der Vermieter noch nachrüsten. Wir haben Haus C bekommen, obwohl Haus D gebucht war, das kam erstmal nicht so gut bei uns an. Da die Häuser allerdings identisch sind und nicht fur die Nachbarn einsehbar, war es uns dann nicht so wichtig. In der Ausstattung sollte der Vermieter aufbauen. Das Haus ist für 7 personen ausgelegt, es gab aber nur 6 Stühle und 4 Sonnenliegen. Auch das Besteck war dürftig. Zum kochen gab es einen Topf und zwei Pfannen, keine Schüsseln für Salat oder Snacks, dafür aber 3 Siebe. Die zwei Kaffeemaschinen waren defekt, sodass wir auf Instant-Kaffee umgestiegen sind. Zum Toasten gab es einen Kontaktgrill. Im Aussenbereich sollte es einen Kohle-Grill geben, der nicht auffindbar war. Unsere Betreuuerin Anastasia hat sich schnell um einen gekümmert. Die ersten zwei Tage hatten wir kein Wasser, vielleicht mal eine Stunde lang, was für 5 Personen knapp ist. Ab Tag 3 war verlässlich Wasser da, jedoch mit geringem Druck, zum duschen hats gereicht. Auch hier hat Anastasia versucht, für uns eine schnelle Lösung des Problems zu finden. Der Pool war ein wenig dreckig, wir haben dann mit einem Besen grob alles weggemacht. Die Poolreinigung alle zwei Tage bestand darin, Pulver in den Pool zu kippen. Es war schon sehr abgewohnt aber die Lage und auch Umgebung hat vieles wieder Wett gemacht. Hatten uns einen schönen Urlaub gemacht und George war auch super. George ist den ganzen Tag in der Nähe und hilft einem wenn man fragen hat und kümmert sich auch um den Pool etc. Service war super und auch die Abwicklung mit dem Schlüssel etc. war auch unkompliziert! ##### Oliver Z. Aug 3, 2021 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Urlaub (??) im Süden von Rhodos Die Villa "D" war leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt, viele zum Wohnen erforderliche Utensilien mussten wir uns selbst beschaffen (Kleiderbügel, Müllsäcke, Spülmittel etc). Das Treppenhaus war mit einem defekten Geländer (Streben fehlten, andere mussten wir mittels Klebeband sichern) ausgestattet. Wasserhähne und Duschköpfe verkalkt bzw. beschädigt, Temperaturregelung für Duschwasser hat nur fallweise funktioniert. Laufende Stromausfälle (besonders schlimm am 31.7\. und 1.8.) führten zu extremen Temperaturen im Inneren des Hauses (Schlaf nicht möglich). Wir haben schon in vielen Häusern auf den griechischen Inseln gewohnt. Viele davon waren mit einem eigenen Generator ausgestattet... Fazit: 1) Einziger Lichtblick war Georgios, der uns mit Olivenöl und frischen Feigen versorgt hat 2) Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist fürchterlich, wenn man bedenkt, welchen Preis wir bezahlt haben. Im Haus angekommen staunten wir nicht schlecht über die Empfangsgeschenke vom Vermieter.Eine Flasche ausgezeichneten griechischen Weines,Wasser und einen riesigen Obstkorb. Also wer Entspannung und Erholung schätzt ist bei den Olga Villen absolut an der richtigen Adresse.Der Strand:ein Traum und Menschenleer.Echt Super!Absolut Empfehlenswert. In Lachania gibt es 2 Tavernen mit leckeren Speisen.Etwas weiter entfernt liegt Gennadi."Mamas Kitchen" war mein Favorit der Restaurants.Total gemütlich und große Auswahl an super leckerem Essen.Am Strand gibt es eine gute Fischtaverne. Aber man sollte wissen daß ein Fahrzeug unbedingt notwendig ist,da die Villen etwas abgeschieden liegen,das jedoch den Vorteil der totalen Entspannung birgt.Eines steht fest:Wir kommen wieder!Urlaub wie er sein sollte. ##### peter s. It seems to be positioned in a very windy spot that made sitting outside most afternoons uncomfortable and quite a challenge. The downstairs shower room was very cramped and the handheld shower head not ideal. The shower curtain was mouldy around the bottom . Every time the upstairs bath was emptied the whole floor was flooded as the bathwater come up the drain in the middle of the room. This was both unpleasant and dangerous as very slippery.The "satelite" T.V only received Greek chanels and there were only four sunbeds despite the villa sleeping 6/7\. We had problems with water supply twice during our stay and reported this to the owners who were quick to deal with . We stayed for two weeks and although the sheets and bathroon towels were changed midway we also felt the pool and kitchen towels should have been changed as well. Oct 3, 2012 #### beautiful luxurious Villa in a great Location We've spent a great holiday in Villa D!! The Villa is bran new (built in 2011) and is luxurious, the pool is big enough to swim, the patio is fantastic to enjoy breakfast, lunch and bbq, the view is amazing (don't forget to get up early at least once to enjoy the breathless sunset from the first floor terrace) and, last but not least, we've enjoyed the beautiful blue clear water of the sea in a private beach with bed and umbrella provided by the owner! Georgios, the owner, very nice and friendly person,was everyday there to take care of the garden and of the pool and to satisfy every necessity we had!! So don't hesitate to book an unforgettable holiday in one of the Villas of SouthCoastHomes (4 twins villas eachone with private pool and garden!)!
