« We had used towels hanging from our tub rack. Our back sliding door was open. Our coffee pot was jammed with a napkin, so we couldn’t make coffee. I sent a email immediately asking to be somewhat compensated, but I haven’t heard back. I did get more towels from a worker for us. »
