The staff was incredible and super helpful. When we forgot our passports in the safe, the staff called and tried to FedEx them to us in the next city. We had to go back to the hotel to pick them up and everyone was so kind. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. On one morning we couldn’t sit to eat, so the staff brought us croissants and juice to take with us. The room was beautiful. Only downside was a bit of noisiness in the courtyard. Otherwise a truly lovely place to stay!

The very best boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. Service was fantastic, rooms were clean and amazing. Breakfast was heavenly, with a great assortment to chose from. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel with four star service.

The staff were really friendly. Our room was very spacious. I was there for business and working in the common entrance room was very delightful. It was probably one of my favourite hotels.

Cute property with dining and shopping close by and a quick walk to old Heidelberg. Beautiful viewpoints over Heidelberg just up the road. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was I couldn't get the deadbolt to lock but I didn't feel unsafe

The hotel is in the old town overlooking the River on one side and the platz where the Synagogue used to be on the other. It is close to all historic sites and the old University and a short taxi ride to the newer parts of the University. The Junior Suite (the one with the orange plaid couch in the pictures) in the skylit attic was spacious, comfortable and, even on a grey winter day, bright and cosy.

I felt like I was staying in the heart and centre of Manheim. Lots of life around. And the hotel had exactly what we needed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. Eva was especially welcoming and went out of her way to help us, which meant a lot since we were brand new to the country.
