« Séjour convenable. Nous étions surpris de rentrer après une journée à l'extérieur de trouver une chambre non faite et pas de serviettes propres. Un manque de réactivité pour résoudre les problèmes. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre. Mais le cadre rustique est juste incroyable. »

« No restaurant, no... No nothing. Industrial elevators, no isolation between rooms. one inch opening at the bottom of the room door to make sure you hear everything in the corridor. « Très bonne surprise lors d'un séjour aux USA. Pour un prix légèrement plus cher qu'un motel, on a pu bénéficier d'un appartement très bien équipé et calme. Hébergement très bien situé à proximité du Capitole et dans une zone regroupant restaurants, bars et musées. « We stay at The Sterling once a year. This may be the last time we do so. The main issue was the shower/tub. The main shower head would only dispense cold water. We had to use the small body shower head to clean. The water would not drain from the tub. We had multiple people staying in our room.
