"Great view of the water. Walls are paper thin and noisy neighbors were a problem. Bed are comfortable. Bathroom is good. Room was clean. The TV was hard to operate. Remote didn’t seem to work. Restaurant next door is adequate."

"This place more than met our expectations!Couldn't ask for a more private and quiet spot. We were in the middle of a sanctuary.The home had everything we needed.Comunications with the host was great.Watching the tides come in and out was our favorite pastime.Great walking trails nearby.Would stay here again."

"This was our first trip to up-east Maine and Campobello Island, NB, and we loved using this charming cottage as a base camp. It was so restful to come home each night to this beautiful and peaceful setting! The expansive deck was perfect for bird-watching, listening to nature and watching the tide reverse each day. We had one rainy day during our stay and the house was perfect for finding a cozy nook to read-- even playing the baby grand piano! The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and baking, and we took great advantage of eating in a couple of days. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable (charming mid century decor) and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this charming cottage-in-the-Maine-woods and these wonderful, responsive hosts."

"This house was one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at in over 10 years of using VRBO. The location was perfect with a beautiful view. The house was very clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Use the upstairs shower for an exhilarating shower.I wouldn’t advise walking to town as there are no sidewalks and it’s hilly."
