Rooms need to be cleaned and maintained

Posted 7-Dec-2017
I'm all for budget accommodations but the rooms need to be cleaned and maintained. The carpeted floors were filthy with sunflower seeds and food under the bed, hair in the bathtub, grime on the door beside the doorknob, the mattress was collapsed and needs to be replaced, window blinds had dirt on them, a bedside lamp was bent, and there were 3 used bath towels hanging behind the bathroom door - yuck. The staff were friendly, we had a great meal (German platter) at the onsite restaurant/pub, "The Last Drop" and there was a fun trivia game at the pub, the nearby aquatic center is awesome and passes to it are free with your room booking. I love the ski-bum vibe here and I really want to like this hotel but I can't get past how dirty and poorly maintained it is. At >$80/night...actually, at any price! The rooms should be clean. We won't be returning until we hear this has improved.

Good for the price. TV is not working properly.

For the price I really have nothing to complain about. Check in was very friendly. TV has some issues but the room is large.

Nice Hotel

Posted 28-Oct-2017
Pros: Cozy place
Cons: all good
Location: save on food
I like this hotel in Revelstoke. Everything is good there. I want to go back one day.

Not worth of it

Posted 25-Oct-2017
Pros: Nada.
Cons: Better shutdown!
Location: Revelstoke is a beautiful town. Centennial Park is only 2 blocks away from the hotel with lot of maple trees along the river Columbia. Worth of seeing
This hotel smells horrible like an old jail. Internet works slow like a snail. Although it's cheap but waste of money! Even the faucet in bath not force the water to the shower.

Decent rooms at decent price.

Posted 25-Oct-2017
Pros: Price. 24 hour staff.
No frills here but there's a nice pub attached. Walls are thin so bring ear plugs in case you are staying next to some couple that decides to get frisky at 4:00AM.

Girl who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant, check in was quick and easy, the hotel was small but definitely value for money. The room was nice, tv outdated but functioned well. Close to everything downtown and the pub in the hotel had live music. Over all a very good trip

Horrible experience

Posted 17-Oct-2017
We were driving from Victoria to Calgary and decided to stop here. We had a horrible experience. Our neighbors decided to party at 2:00 AM in the lobby and started knockong random doors. I went upto hotel receptionist and they did nothing about it. We couldnt sleep till almost 4:00 because our neighbours would keep on partying loud till 4:00. It was unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Budget Stay for 2 nights

Posted 10-Oct-2017
Pros: Clean, quiet,
Cons: Some patch ups and a fresh paint can help to lift the overall perception
It's an older hotel, probably between 2-3 star. Bathroom and room entrance were updated to help the appearance and cleanliness. Overall clean and decent sized room. There is a pub within the same compound, decent food and reasonable price.

Overnight stay

Posted 5-Oct-2017
Heat was not working and there were people talking on the hallway all night long don’t know if they were hotel staff or what but there was a lot of noise during the night, loud talk, slamming doors, etc
