"The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is even nicer and more spacious than the pictures. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet with a zen theme. Microwaves are on the 10th and 14th floor. No swimming pool though! Loved the four restaurants on site most closing at midnight. Love the outdoors couches and lounge at the receiving area! The shuttle from & to the airport is really helpful. Great hotel to stay at!"

"Biggest complaint is that the temperature of the shower was uncontrollable. Nice and hot one minute and the next minute freezing cold. This was the same in our travelling partners’ room. Both rooms on the 11th floor. The bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoon and didn’t open until 5 pm. We were looking forward to a Happy Hour after a long day of travel. There is beer in the fridge but no wine. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. It was nice to be able to bring our...
