"Front desk gentleman, Nairoze is the sweetest, most helpful, joyful employee! Easy access to airport. Shuttle is very convenient. Easy 20 min Uber ride to the beach. I’m not staying the night, but had a 15 hr layover and it was such a great choice to get this room to recharge and refresh before my long international flight. I arrived at 8:30am. I was able to check my bags to the Bellman prior to checkin time. Got an early check in at 11am for $40 extra. Highly recommend!"

"Biggest complaint is that the temperature of the shower was uncontrollable. Nice and hot one minute and the next minute freezing cold. This was the same in our travelling partners’ room. Both rooms on the 11th floor. The bar and restaurant are closed in the afternoon and didn’t open until 5 pm. We were looking forward to a Happy Hour after a long day of travel.
