« We came here as little golf trip getaway, the stay was great, you can’t beat the location. Newcastle golf course is a few minutes away and super convenient to get groceries and convenient store. The house had everything we needed, we will definitely be back! »

« Overall we very much enjoyed the house however a couple of the nights there was construction across the street so the water would occasionally stop working. I understand this is not the fault of the owner but it was quite loud at night as well with the drilling. The house itself was very nice but be aware the ice maker does not work so pack some with you! The host was very responsive and ready to help as much as he could. Aside from those couple issues I’d say the house was very accommodating...

« A lovely place to stay! Quiet setting with everything you need! Host was excellent, great communication, friendly and welcoming. I was traveling solo, visiting family in Renton and this location was perfect. Great for solo travelers or a couple I could even see Mt Rainier over the neighboring house. (See my picture) I would happily stay there again. »
