"This an older hotel building but the room was updated and very clean. The area felt safe. The owner was amazing and very genuine, offering me bottled water upon my entering the office. This is a family ran hotel and one of the family members during my stay while passing by was ensuring that my stay was good. This isn’t fancy fancy but very reasonable rates and excellent customer service. Thank you for a great stay. "

"It was what I expected for the price. It was clean! A bit dated but they have made improvements. The location for our concert was fabulous! Shower pressure was amazing! Beds were comfy. No strange smells. It was just what we needed. I’d stay here again!"

"The room had not been dusted or vacuumed in what lloked like months. Dead roaches in the corner behind the entrance door and under the dining table. Walls were clean but looked horrible even from someone not expecting much for a cheap room. The bedding was the same in so far as dust and debris. The bathroom and sink area were cleaned and neat, beds made, trash emptied but that was about it. The total price was $44 for a night stay, but with fair to good reviews somehow, but now I know why it was a $40 room."
