Spectacular stay

Beautiful hotel well worth it. Service was very good, even charging our hybrid rental for us without asking and providing water and umbrellas for our day trips. We ate at both restaurants, both were excellent. Not an overload of food or courses like some other Michelin star restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple but good (if a little pricey). Convenient to Pommery and Veuve (walking distance) and downtown Reims (a short drive). Highly recommended.

Lovely Chateau in one breath: Great Location Amazing Staff Fantastic Food The other breath: Toilet Flush not working (it was mended in the morning but left trying to fill all night, noisy and an “polite” guests not useable) and no apologies on check out. Water in a decanter in the room a nice touch , but warm, had a feeling it had been there a few hours!

Milestone birthday celebration at Les Crayeres

Amazing stay at Les Crayeres. Very welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Our room in the chateau was clean and extremely comfortable. Dinner at Le Parc , the 2 Michelin star restaurant on the property was truly an innovative and exceptional experience . Restaurant staff were very professional and accomodating. Les Crayeres is a beautiful property. Elegant and luxurious without being too stuffy. The entire team is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The concierge team were very responsive and were able to book most of our requests. It isn’t inexpensive; you get what you pay for. We are at Le Jardin and had a lovely meal. We at at Le Parc which was a different story. I’ll message the restaurant to explain in more detail but we were less than pleased. It was the one hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Stay was great. Food was exceptional. Service was poor. I expected better service in such a highly rated restaurant. Staff seemed overworked with little attention to detail. For example we asked for tea after dinner, they showed us the options and then placed the tea bags on the table and brought us hot water to infuse the tea ourselves. Waiting for service took long. We waited 30 mins from the time we were done to when we received our bill.
