"Christine was WONDERFUL! She helped us store our bags before our rooms were ready and was so friendly.
The next morning the woman working the desk was an absolute nightmare. She was so rude and made us feel shameful that we didn’t pre-book a taxi. She didn’t stop at just one insult-she just kept them coming. As a person who manages a team in the hospitality industry I would be so embarrassed if any of my staff ever treated a guest with such disrespect. "
New Cozy & Modern 2-Bedroom Guesthouse in Charming Skagway
10/10 Excellent
"was still a great property only vrbo made the process of adjusting our dates a bit problematic. Dan was very helpful however and our stay was great. "
"The property is in a lovely setting and very close to the ferry terminal which was a bonus. The hosts were helpful, informative and welcoming. Room was exactly as advertised, perfect for two people."
"An absolutely wonderful experience. Perfect for my almost 3 week stay. Miki went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and brought me baked goods. I hope you get to come and experience it in the summer"
"The hotel and room were very nice. Only issues were that they said they offered coffee and hot water in the reception area but the hot water dispenser was empty the whole time I stayed there and I saw no coffee. The room was overpriced."
"The property was very clean. It was very convenient to all things Skagway and a good base for exploring the Klondike Highway over White Pass into Yukon Territory, Canada."
"Great room, great breakfast and staff. The check-in procedure was odd, as there's no office onsite nor is the hotel name on the building. You'll need to make appointment to meet with the hotel owner for him to give you your key and code."
"A great place to stay! The hotel combined two of the officer's quarters from Fort Seward to make a beautiful building. While the building is from the early 1900s, it is beautifully maintained. The owner is very helpful - he went so far as to dig out a socket wrench to help me with an errant piece of photo equipment. Would definitely stay here again. "
