The front portion of my bathroom sink fell off. The main floor is under construction so you have to use the side door at night where there is no parking. The smell from the glue was strong. Staff were kind

The room was perfect for us and our pets but there was major work and drilling of rock floor tiles right in the lobby so mega noise.
The noise stopped after 8pm but the dust certainly affected everyone.
We got a good price.
I forgot an item and they are holding it for me.
I’d go back to stay minus the building/renovations

When checking in i was given the wrong room and after the front desk moved me, it still wasnt the room that i booked. But after the riom switch it still isn't the room i booked. A king bed is what i paid for but still just a queen

The room was nice and updated. Woke up early and didn’t hear noise in the hallway like slamming doors or housekeeping.

Check-in was super friendly and we were greeted each time we entered the lobby. Bathroom fan did not work. There was a hole in the bedroom door. The property was under some renovation. One night that we were there was quite noisy. Property felt clean.

It was clearly under construction, the floors were filty, none of the ice machines were working and there was no cleaning done in our rooms for two days

Hotel was under renovations, which is understandable things are more unorganized. But by the evening the construction staff had friends and family/kids in the pool & fitness center blasting music. Throwing glass cups into the pool. Kids were dumping coke cans and cups full of brown liquid into the pool. The bathroom garbage was full to the top with water. While trying to enjoy what we could the older kids began throwing full plastic cups of water across the whole room soaking everyone including fully clothed people just trying to watch.

They are in the middle of renovation. The renovated rooms are really nice. Good quality finishes. Only thing I would recommend is a second mirror outside of the bathroom.

Our stay was perfect from check in to check out. The hotel is under light renovations but our room was completely redone and even though it was off the highway was very quiet through the night. The staff was always available if we needed anything and it’s very close to all the amenities you’d need

Was hard to sleep as they were scraping the parking lot. Then you could hear the people walking till 11pm in the room above, it got so bad I had to call front desk.

The property was under construction renewal. This activity had no impact on my stay. I found my room very comfortable and reasonably priced

Tiny "grand suite."
Putting a wall in an already average size room does not make it "grand." I booked the room thinking there was more space than there actually was. It was part of a long road trip and i was put in a room where renovations were taking place. I wanted to sleep in but unable to.
