"the hot tub is my reason for staying here. I enjoyed it thoroughly. wish breakfast was included but restaurants nearby."

"The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the staff also nice. However, while booking, I specifically alerted them to my husband's need for a shower chair. They told me to let them know upon check in. When we checked in, I was told that the housekeeping staff had gone home and the desk staff had no idea where a shower chair would be kept. I was told to ask in the morning. In the morning, I was told that there were NO shower chairs on the property and the accessible room was not available. The hotel IS refunding me for ONE of the two nights we stayed, but I find it reprehensible that such a hotel owned/run by such a large chain doesn't have a few shower chairs on EVERY one of their properties. "

"We needed a room last minute when our plans changed. The other 10/10 reviews gave us confidence & we were not disappointed. The staff were lovely. The room was very clean & comfortable with soft pillows, bedding and extra washcloths & towels. It could use a few repairs but for the price & close proximity to Carowinds, dining, & the expressway….we highly recommend."
