"Overall good stay once the confusion of our room was figured out. We arrived to the hotel, checked in at the front desk, and went up to view the room. Few light bulbs were not working in Room 309. Few cosmetic issues for a Hilton hotel. We went down to the truck to grab our luggage. Returned to the room to find our key wasn't functional and someone else was know checked into our hotel room. Made the trek down to the main lobby again with all our things to find they were having system problems. The staff switched us to another room on a different floor. Better room in 462 with all the lights working and no cosmetic blemishes. Exhaust fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom. Was unable to eat the breakfast buffet we paid for since it starts at 6:30 and we had to check out to get to our baseball game. Kinda sad because we enjoyed the breakfast at our last Hilton stay in Richmond Virginia. Pictures on the hotels.com website don't show the age of the building. The online pictures give the illusion its newer and more modern. If given a cheap rate we would stay again when in the area."

"Happy with our stay in Raleigh at Candlewood Suites in the 1 bedroom suite with our pet and very convenient to downtown, recreation activities and some family events. We will return when we need another stay in Raleigh. "

"Well located across from main entrance to Crabtree Valley Mall. Property is a little old and tired looking. Gym is solid. The restaurant was quite good as well."

"Our air didn't work the best. But overall our room was good. Friendly staff! The pool wasn't open due to a heater issue, so that was a bunmer. But we were offered to go next door to the Hilton, but it was very crowded. So we never enjoyed it. "

"Very nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. Only issues were the parking situation (very limited spots available) and the bed was not very comfortable. It was fine for a one night stay!"

"The hotel is in a great area, surrounded by great places to eat within very short walking distances... parking is horrible unless you pay lots of money... the room was really neat, large with a full kitchen... when we arrived in the room one side of the room had no electricity for hours and for hours electricians were in and our.... no TV working either... I am appreciative that the electricians did not stop until they got it working....my card was charged for my room the day I checked in and this morning I was doubled charged..and they also charged my roommate the total charge of the room...I went down to the front desk and they said it wil take 2-4 days to correct... this is unacceptable... I will say the hotel gave us chips and water for the inconvenience as a gesture, but I would rather they fix the charges of our room immediately.... would I stay again yes and pray I have no reoccurring issues."
