"The staff is extremely gracious and made me feel at home. This is a very welcoming hotel with nice amenities and very comfortable beds, spacious showers and a quiet atmosphere. The staff at the ABar deliver top notch food and cocktails as well as pleasant conversations and attentiveness to their customers. I would definitely recommend Atheneum for the value and comfort."

"I had a wonderful stay. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view of downtown Detroit. The location was very convenient for exploring the city on foot, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and then come back to a large, comfortable room with such a great city view. I would happily stay here again."

Detroit Foundation Hotel

Detroit Foundation Hotel

8/10 Good
"Very well appointed room. Decor was artsy-modern. Excellent location with places to sit and wait for rideshare vehicles. Unfortunately, I did expect some hospitality touches such as bottled water being provided in the room or a efficient way to have dishes cleared away after room service, for the price point. However, none of that was present or evident. Kitchen of the attached redo closed earlier than expected, even on a holiday Sunday. Overall, lovely stay"
