Great Location

Hotel was located on Hilltop. Close to everything. All (i.e. restaurants, college, gas, shopping, etc.) was conveniently close.

Pros: When I needed help with a couple of issues they were handled great.
Cons: Rooms on the courtyard should be for people with dogs.
Location: Centrally located to everything.
I always stay in a room opening to the courtyard and onto the lawn. I was put in a room off the lawn and not happy about it. I was told dogs weren't allowed in the rooms but met a few people with dogs in the rooms opening on the lawn.

Checked in late they gave us an up grade. The good is the best. Staff very friendly and close to shopping

Excellent value and great breakfast buffet

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable beds
Location: Located in an area with several restaurants
Very pleasantly surprised how clean, comfy and spacious our room was. The beds were very comfortable and despite being New Year’s Eve we got a very quiet nights sleep. In the morning we were welcomed to an excellent breakfast buffet with enough variety to keep all of us happy.

Wrong Pictures

Nice hotel and nice room, but be aware that the picture shown for a premium room does not match what you get. The picture shown must be a suite or something because a premium room is definitely smaller than what they show. Also, when we arrived I asked to make sure that our room had a wood floor and was told that yes, it did. However, when we went to our room it had carpet and I am pretty sure it was just a standard room. We went back to the reception desk and they gave us a better room with wood floors, but it still did not match the picture shown on Expedia.

Big room but not so clean

Fridge has leftover drinks from previous guests. Wooden floor but when my kid started walking, her footsies has so much dirt right away.

Poor condition

Pros: On the good side, the toiletries are nice and the two women who waited on us for dinner and breakfast were both quite good
Cons: Front desk staff, hvac in rooms, condition of public equipment, attitude toward customer satisfaction.
The HVAC in the room was not working properly. To get any change in temperature at all, there was a gale force wind blowing directly on the bed. The printer for public use was broken. Although breakfast came with my reservation, the sheet we were given at checkin indicated it was $9.95 per person when we straightened it out, we were still asked to sign a sheet for breakfast with the amounts crossed out. No receipt was available.
