The staff was exceptional, espically simon who when learning I could not climb stairs which I put in the comment section but was not read for some reason, immediately changed my room to downstairs, which was really greatly appreciated. The hotel is also close to various eaterys, stores and close to many tourist attractions.

Very nice hotel and great location

Pros: Very modern, clean and confortable.
Cons: Having a laundry room at the property.
Location: We have a nice meal at the Outback hotel. They have great steaks an lobster or shrimp.
We were only one night passing but we found the place very comfortable and the location was perfect. We only missed that was not a laundromat on the property.

Great place to stay near Lassen and Lake Shasta

Fast, efficient check in. Rollaway bed was already in the room so no annoying wait or calls to the front desk.Room was clean, beds comfortable, shower hot and extra towels. It was 110 degree outside but we were nice and cool in the room. Easy parking and convenient location. Will be back

Front desk staff was great. Hotel needs work

The front desk staff was great The hotel needs work from top to bottom. The room felt dirty and was. The carpeting stained, cob webs everywhere, just not up to our standards.

Perfect stop on a long highway drive

Comfy, quite room. Nice, for-guests-only and private pool in the courtyard. Breakfast included.

Fine for the price and area

It could use some updating but overall fine. The carpet was stained which was made you leary about the rest of the cleanliness, but actually everything else was clean. Although you were not allowed to smoke in the room, it was clear that it was allowed or done at some point because it smelled like an old lounge from the seventies, smokey and stale. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it wasn't that bad. The breakfast appeared to be decent although we didn't eat there.

On the way to see eclipse

The hotel itself was outdated. That is the only reason I gave two stars. All staffs were very nice, and complimentary breakfast was good

Dirty

The sheets had hair and dirt in them and floor was dirty. I asked for new sheets for two queen beds and was given one sheet for each bed.
