Nice hotel located near shopping area

Room was clean and well kept. Cleaning staff was eager to clean the room at 8:30am. Bed wasn't incredibly comfortable nor was it well made. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Comfortable and close to amenities

Pros: Quiet, close proximity to I-5 and walking distance to restaurants.
Cons: Better bedding (i.e., thicker comforter)
The hotel is across the street from a mall, with eateries and shopping in walking distance. Although the hotel is next to a major through-way (easy access to I-5), the room itself is very quiet. The rooms overlook a courtyard with lovely maples which lends an almost homey feel to the place. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast restaurant served up a decent breakfast buffet at a reasonable price.

Comfortable. Nice. I had problems to work my tv, they sent somebody immediately for instructions. Friendly staff.

Location: It is close to everything we needed, an excellent location
We stayed in a Premium twin room which had plenty of space for all our gear and shopping. The beds were extremely comfortable so slept very well.

Pros: Plenty of parking. Hotel close to restaurants.
We neglected to bring our own pillows and had to use the pillows furnished in the room. The hotel pillows were noticeably stained and had a sweaty body odor to them. Requested another set and they were somewhat better. The bed was lumpy but we were able to sleep on them. Air conditioning is extremely loud. When the air conditioning unit is not running you could hear the guests in the adjacent room talking.

We were robbed inside the hotel. Poor security.

Pros: Room was okay and clean. The hallway was quiet. Not sure why this wont go through. Message keeps telling us that we didnt write enough. There is not much else I would say was positve.
Cons: Evening staff were rude and non caring. Blamed us for robbery.
Location: We were there only one night. Arrived late in evening, so don't really know about location.

Easy in and out

Cons: Complete remodel!!!!!!!
Location: Good restaurant called Cattlemans down the street
The rooms were obviously pet friendly, as they stunk of pets and mildew. The grout in the shower was filthy, and overall cleanliness was the same. Would not stay there again,
