The grounds are beautiful and kept up very nicely. We had a view to the river but the room we stayed in was felt dark and dated. Best Western Plus Hilltop Inn
The hotel could use some updates and specifically sound proofing.it may not be so bad towards the front of the hotel, but in the back where I was, it was rough. Not only due to the freeway noise but I could also hear my neighbors as if I was sharing a room with them.
