« What a neat place. We had great communication throughout our stay! Eileen was not familiar with a service animal in comparison to a pet but VRBO handled it perfectly. The only thing that was not advised prior was that the homes caretaker lives in a part of the house that is attached. There is an entrance for him outside but there is also one that leads into the house. There needs to be a hook lock or something from the vacationers side for peace of mind. My husband felt a little uncomfortable...

« The location was convenient to everything that we had planned to do while in Colorado. The carpeting throughout the entire condo looked stained and we did't wear shoes inside during our stay. The directions to the clubhouse wasn't clear so we never able to use that area, a map would have beenvery helpful. »

« We loved our stay at the Fox A frame. It's a charming place with a great layout for hanging out after a long ski day. We loved the decor and kitchen and it was so cozy during the night. Oh and we got engaged here! »

« 1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2.
