Absolutely perfect spot in a stunningly beautiful region . Very central to everything you have come to experience in County Galloway and Connemara National Park. Will without doubt be back . Intimate and personal , the owner’s day to day involvement is the cherry on this fabulous confection .
A wonderful hotel, warm and cosy with friendly staff. Many other guests had been before and keep coming back for more. We’ll add our own names to that list.
Unbelievable view from our window...breathtaking. Service from the whole team was very friendly. Absolutely loved our stay. The only criticism was the noise of the hardwood floor in the dinning room. We stayed directly above it and the noise of chairs being dragged over it and waiters&guests walking on it did make it difficult to unwind in the morning and evening.
That being said I wouldn't have changed rooms because of the view. Would absolutely stay again. Fantastic location, excellent service, felt very welcome at the property.
My stay at Lough Inagh was amazing, pampered and well looked after. I'm home from the States visiting family, got a chance to spend time with my mother, who is not well. Met people in the living who are now friends, staff were so friendly, kind & helpful - greatly appreciated - I will be back again very soon
This property is in a uniquely gorgeous and secluded place. We were honestly floored driving to the property with the natural beauty. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived quiet late in the evening (9:30pm) and the front desk called us to ask if we needed dinner made for us. They provided us with food even though the kitchen was closed and we greatly appreciate it.
The owners are lovely people and very accommodating.
The lodge was warm and welcoming, as well as clean.
Thank you kindly for making us feel welcome.

Fabulous visit! A welcome and relaxing way to end our first day in Ireland. After travel and an afternoon at Kylemore Abbey we enjoyed a fabulous dinner and a comfortable, peaceful night. Breakfast was “Irish Hospitality “ and top notch. We ended our visit with a walk around the grounds and we’re sorry we weren’t able to spend a second night. Highly recommend!!
Our three day stay at Lough Inagh Lodge hotel lived up to its score of 10 out of 10. The hotel is the essence of comfort and old world charm. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the service is 5 star. Super location right in the heart of Connemara.
Beautiful lodge situated across from a lake! Loved my stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Connemara area. Room was spacious with a nice sitting area and dinner was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. For anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay but still within a 10-15 min from all attractions this is the place to stay. If I am ever back in this area will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is just amazing. The rooms are lovely decorated and spacious.
The hotel feels so cosy with all the open fire places.
We really enjoyed our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff. You are all doing an incredible job.
We recommend to visit the bar and to have a chat with Thomas. He really is unique.
We will return for sure!
I felt like a celebrity or dignitary staying here- the room was beyond amazing! The food was exemplary! My favorite, however, was the fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning- simply wonderful AND they make a mean cup of coffee! The staff were so kind and accommodating- thank you Michael, Veronica and Tom! The views of the lake and 12 Bens was right outside my window and spectacular! I will be back!
A beautiful old style Manor Hotel right beside Lough Inagh. The relaxed atmosphere and the old age beauty of the Living Room and Parlour give one an instant feeling of relaxation.
The staff are top class ...from Maire, the proprietor through to those who served us complimentary coffee and scones on arrival through to those who served an excellent first class breakfast.
A must for those seeking a haven of relaxation and comfort with an old style feel.
Warm, friendly service. Maire the team were so welcoming throughout our visit and ensured our stay was home from home.Restaurant dining was first class as is the extensive Breakfast fayre One of the finest unspoilt treasure of a place in all of CONNEMARA.
The location of this hotel. Any be beat if you are looking for peaceful scenery. It was absolutely beautiful here and the food was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Loved everything about our stay - the highlight was the service, spacious rooms, warm welcome, relaxed atmosphere (Dominic is a class act!) and food 10/10. We'll be back!
Located in a picturesque part of Ireland, surrounded by mountains and lakes the outlook is just beautiful. The hotel itself is an imposing Victorian styled converted mansion and is just beautiful. The rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. There are 2 sitting areas which are furnished with antiques and the open fireplace provides warmth and a beautiful ambiance on the cooler evenings.
The restuarant and bar areas are lovely and the food delicious.
If you are looking for a slice of heaven and pure relaxation, staying here is a must.
A lovely short break in a beautiful old world hotel with very friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Food was excellent. Scenery stunning. Will definitely return for a longer stay.
We had a fabulous relaxing time, really enjoyed afternoon tea & scones on arrival. Staff were very friendly & efficient. Dinner & drinks afterwards in bar was part of the experience of staying in Lough Inagh. Our room was very spacious & clean.
Worth every euro! This was an exquisite experience from start to finish. Everything was first class. The staff were so welcoming and made a real effort to make your stay memorable. There is a fabulous dining room and a fun pub! The lough is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend!
