« Overall enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and supportive. Parking easy. Room overall comfortable - radiator and heater helped warm the room. Shower needs removal of mould and descaling of shower head. Preordering breakfast worked fine and the omelette was very enjoyable. Dinner was good. Sharing starter good as was the beef stew and Bull burger. Crumble nice. Enjoyable drinks in the bar. »

Nous avions une voiture et cela facilite les choses ... La proximité du chemin de fer ne nous a pas dérangé car les trains ne passaient pas la nuit. L'accueil est familial. "Excellent location for walking to the office in the morning, 20 minutes to Manor Park. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is spacious, bed is confortable, nice desk for using a laptop. I like that the TV allows to stream your own tablet / PC so you don't have to faff around with accounts. Breakfast is good, decent choice of pastries, good choice of cereals. The only issue is the really small bathroom. You need to manoeuver when you open the door, and when you sit on the WC the doorstop is right under your foot."

"Ascenseur en panne depuis plusieurs semaines (séjour déjà en mai 2025) et toujours pas réparé, il faut parfois attendre pres de 10mn pour pouvoir accéder au seul ascenseur disponible , cartes d'acces aux chambres qui se démagnétisent en permanence obligeant de repasser à la réception quotidiennement. 2 problèmes à régler de toute urgence"
