180° sea view villa, renovated in 2024, a little paradise in Rayol Canadel

  • Charming house completely renovated by an architect and a decorator in 2024.
    Breathtaking sea view!
    A 10-minute walk from the superb beach of Pramousquier and close to the small village of Rayol Canadel.
    It is a real little paradise. Ideal for relaxation and contemplation!
    Infinity pool overlooking the sea.
    Large terrace, the house is very well equipped (barbecue, nespresso coffee machine, convection oven, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, microwave, steamer, food processor).

    We do not want to rent our house to families with young children who do not know how to swim. Indeed, even if the pool is equipped with an effective alarm, an accident can happen quickly...

    Our pet friends are not allowed.

Wunderschöne Villa, besonders geschätz haben wir die grosszügige Küche mit allen Utensilien, um für 10 Leute zu kochen, den Pool und dass es genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist sooo schön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist großartig und bestens für eine kleine Gruppe geeignet. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten alle genug Platz. Die Ausstattung und das Design des Hauses sind toll und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
