« Upon check in, we were told right away that one set of elevators weren’t working and the pool was closed. Once we got to our suite, we did not have the extra bedding for the sofa bed. Called down and told them, they said they’d bring it up. Called about 10 min later to also ask for more towels, was told it would be awhile. They never brought it up. « This is an older property, it was okay, parking is across the street, so kind of inconvenient. We just needed a place to sleep while traveling through, it worked for our needs. »

« Staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check out late. Have stayed here many times and would again. »

« Room wasn’t ready & check in. We had to ask 3x for towels, lights didn’t work over vanity. Roach present in bathroom. Upon checkout staff tried to charge me extra when the balance had been paid in full upon check in. She was rude and argumentative. »
