"The room I was in … well the entry into the bathroom was wobbly and creaky up to the toilet. Definitely not a happy floor. The bathroom fan only buzzed and didn’t work. That was the cons. The ac/heater was quiet and had no pings or pops and worked well and the shades closed well to keep the light out for the most part. Being in the ground floor and window facing the parking lot. I didn’t get any noise from the close by highway. Overall it was a good room "
