The location was amazing, so many people walking and biking on the near paths, we walked our dogs down to the lake / river for some exploring and they loved it. We particularly loved being right in the middle of both Wind Cave and Badlands National Parks as that was one of our main reasons for visiting South Dakota. It was also very quick and easy to get to food and stores as needed. The house itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Despite being right off the road with a lot of foot traffic too even being in the backyard felt very quiet and private (even in 4th of July!!).
