- This fully remodeled family friendly clean 3 bedroom/1 bath home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in central Rapid City, South Dakota. It is within walking distance to the Rapid City Bike Path, Meadowbrook Golf Course, Parks and Rec Swimming Pool, and Storybook Island. Dinosaur Park, Downtown Rapid City, Bear Country, and Reptile Gardens are all within a 15-minute drive. Mt. Rushmore, Keystone, Hill City, Deadwood, Custer, Crazy Horse Memorial, and the Badlands are also within an hour drive. This home offers flexibility and convenience to many tourist attractions.
The home has 3 bedrooms all with Roku TV’s; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a twin bed and hidden trundle. Full tub/shower bathroom is conveniently located for all three bedrooms. The cozy living room comes equipped with a 55" curved TV and comfortable seating for your family. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room offers a spacious table with easy access to a walkout covered patio with a Weber grill providing an indoor or outdoor dining option. The patio leads to a fenced private yard.
