The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask...
