« When checking in staff was on phone stayed on phone for 10 minutes before finally completing call and then checked us in. When I expressed that I was a little upset by the wait they said check in was at 3 and she was on phone. Not the best response to customer. Also did not realize that you now had to ask for the room to be cleaned during our 2 day stay. »
