The space
Property is a studio unit which includes a king size bed. Property comes with a 75 inch tv, dining area to host 4 and a Living room which includes a sectional sofa.

Other things to noteWe want to keep our lovely space fresh and inviting for everyone, so please remember that this is a smoke-free zone. If there's any sign of smoking, a fee of $300 will apply.
Just a friendly reminder, if you find yourself a bit tardy at checkout (beyond 30 minutes), there may be a late fee of up to $100—so be sure to plan accordingly! We also love our furry friends, but this unit is a pet-free space. There's a $300 pet fee if pets are brought along.
Please be aware that if any keys, the fob, or the parking garage pass are lost during your stay, there is a $150.00 fee.
And when it's time to check out, returning your parking garage key is a breeze! Just take a quick drive around the block or enjoy a pleasant stroll to drop it off. It's an easy way to soak in the lovely surroundings before you leave. We hope you have a wonderful stay!
