Appears nice and clean. However, there were stains on furniture, bathtub was dirty, one of the TVs were malfunctioning and my brother came with bedbug bites. Reached out to the hotel to complain and they seemed attentive up until the room had to be inspected. I’ve requested a full refund. No one has reached out to me about their findings after the inspection. No response to my email and I have been able to get a hold of the person that no was handling the situation due to her schedule. This experience has been frustrating and we will not be staying at this location again.

We take any reports of pests very seriously, and as soon as we received your review, we immediately had a third party perform a thorough inspection of the room. Fortunately, the results were negative, but we still took extra precautions to ensure that the room was completely free of pests. At our hotel, we contract with a vendor for preventative pest control, and we also have random inspections conducted by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure that we maintain high standards of cleanliness and pest control. When i got in my room, i check under the mattress and found someone's underwear. There were no towels for me after a shower and the microwave had not been cleaned for sometime.

Property is nice and staff were friendly. Housekeeping is not daily so I had to ask a staff person to dispose of trash in our room. We had four people in our room and we were not given enough towels.

Staff were nice. Had to call to get housekeeping to come up to change linens and empty trash. They did not come in and clean one day and we were there for 5 nights. Nice lounge area with comfy chairs. Clean gym.

There was a big backlog when I came to check in. Only one person at the desk. They had to find someone else. Took too long to get up to my room. I was also confused why they had to have a credit card on file for incidentals. I had just stayed at one in Salisbury Maryland two days before and they did not ask for a credit card. You would also think that more expensive rooms would be for the end of the hallway. Not by the noisy elevator. The bathroom is also a bit poorly laid out. The shower door opens into the toilet. Seems dangerous. Also, the bed faces the window which is not great for sleeping in. The walls are also a bit fan. Someone in the room next-door was choking to death or something and I had to listen to that for 20 minutes. Maybe they can’t handle their puff puff . But it was an excellent location right by the mall. Very convenient.

NO DAILY CLEANING UNLESS REQUESTED
The hotel is very nice and the staff were very friendly. However when we returned to our room last night we discovered it had not been cleaned or towels refreshed. When we checked out this morning I inquired about that. I was told daily cleaning only occurs if we request that. It would be nice to inform the guests of that requirement at check in. It was no big deal, but would have been nice to know.
