Appears nice and clean. However, there were stains on furniture, bathtub was dirty, one of the TVs were malfunctioning and my brother came with bedbug bites. Reached out to the hotel to complain and they seemed attentive up until the room had to be inspected. I’ve requested a full refund. No one has reached out to me about their findings after the inspection. No response to my email and I have been able to get a hold of the person that no was handling the situation due to her schedule. This experience has been frustrating and we will not be staying at this location again.

When i got in my room, i check under the mattress and found someone's underwear. There were no towels for me after a shower and the microwave had not been cleaned for sometime.
