At breakfast I asked if I could get a cup of ice and was told to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. Why would i go to the 2nd floor when i was having breakfast on the first floor a bit inconvient. Le personnel de l'acceuil n'est pas tres aimable. Les fenetres sont petites et les chambres assez humides et sombres. Comme indiqué sur google, aucune porte de douche n'est isolante, donc la salle de bain est rapidement inondée. »
