"Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. "

Comfy bed, shower had hot water. Drinking water available. Air con noisy, but acceptable, kept the room cool. Food, shop and bar nearby. "

"The roof in the bathroom was dripping water from the room above mine. They would not move me to another room. The staff did not help with the luggage. The bathroom walls were dirty and yellow. bed and pillows were confortable"
