Was happy overall with my short stay here. Finding it was a challenge however. There is no address on the building. The numbers have fallen off the stone in front of the building.

We got to the address and discovered the hotel had no record of our prepaid reservation, so we never got to see a room. Instead we found ourselves stranded at night in Quito. Our taxi driver kindly drove us around stopping at one hotel after another until we finally found a place to stay at 11pm (our plane arrived some 3 hours earlier). I do not know if the error was on the part of Orbitz or the hotel, but it was an extremely unpleasant situation to troubleshoot after dark in a city we don't know well.

Spacious apartment close to downtown.
The accommodations exceeded our expectations - the kitchen had dishes and cooking utensils, we were able to cook our own breakfast each morning. There was a small market two doors down. We enjoyed the washer and dryer in the unit. Jenny was very accommodating to meet us late and respond to our questions. WiFi was excellent. My only regret is I would have preferred to pay by credit card. We will definitely stay here again.

Better than a hotel, excellent district and safe!!
The apartment is beautiful and such a wonderful experience being there. I cannot wait to get back, and it was an extremely safe area, close to the shopping district, lots of executives and tourist in sight and lots of security. The owner was very nice and easy to work with, made everything easy from the start. Couldn't have been more pleasant and the cleaning was done very well and they're trust worthy! Will defenitely be coming back to this apartment! P.S the apartment I stayed at was the one bedroom, it was perfect for me and my boyfriend, the decoration of the apartment was beautiful and it had two bathrooms. The bathroom that connected to the bedroom had a shower and was big and everything, the other bathroom was at the entrance and did not have a shower so perfect for guests. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and bake. And it had an area for the dinning room table as well as a livin room that was just perfect. It was all so cozy!! Loved it! Will be coming back in the future!

It was a great experience, everything was even better of what expected, all the facilities near to , malls restaurants,parks, just amazing, will come back and use again this apt, big not will send referrals, my daughter loved it, thank you very much!

Varning för JZ Luxury Apartment
Varning för JZ Luxury Apartment!! Vi använde gas/ugnen för att laga mat. Efter ett tag började det lukta gas! Tog då kontakt med ägaren som talade om att gasugnen inte fungerade, att den läckte gas. Livsfarligt. Dessutom luktade det gas även då spisen användes så den vågade vi inte heller använda. Diskstället gick sönder och porslin krossades. En toalettring lossnade, fästena hade rostat sönder. Och därutöver massor av detaljer som var trasiga och inte stämde med beskrivning i annonsen. Kondens på insida av rutorna varje morron. Fukt och mögel i våtutrymmen och allmänt smutsigt. Detta är i grunden en fin lägenhet med jättebra läge. Men för att fungera behövs en genomgående renovering och upprustning för att få kallas Luxury!! Ägaren erbjöd tre dagars vistelse gratis som kompensation men tror inte vi är intresserade av det
