« This was a great setup for a single or double occupant. I was by myself doing a scouting trip for an upcoming bass tournament. I've never stayed on this side of Lake Fork. However, everything I needed was right there. The launch ramp was about 100 yards away. I grilled my dinner for both nights on the grill. Was warm even though it was freezing outside. Everything was great. Thanks. »

« Took myself a little "man" retreat here to spend some focused time on a project. I setup on the huge patio. Internet was great. Outdoors was quiet, especially later in the evening when there was next to no traffic on the nearby road. It was just absolutely perfect in every way. I saw old reviews mention the bed needing replacement and I believe that it has been as it was also perfect. »
