A charming house surrounded by nature, 5 km from Quimper

This stone house, in a private property, combines the charm of the old with modernity because completely renovated, fully equipped and decorated with care, it can accommodate 4 people.

In addition, it is the ideal starting point to visit all the riches that Finistère has to offer, while being close to all amenities because it is 5km from Quimper and 10km from the beach in Bénodet.

The house is very comfortably furnished:
- On the first floor: large living room with fireplace that opens directly onto the terrace, kitchen and a bathroom (bath + toilet)
- Upstairs are bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds (or a double bed), a shower room, a separate toilet

This house has its own parking lot and a terrace on the surrounding fields. It is located next to ours and we have fitted it out as we would have done for ourselves.
