Séjour de quelques jours début septembre

Appartement très lumineux avec une grande terrasse, proche des commerces et de la côte sauvage. En ce début septembre, le quartier était calme. Nous avons apprécié cette résidence et de disposer d'une place de parking malgré le fait qu'elle soit extrêmement étroite.

Satisfaction

Appartement très propre, vaisselle parfaite, literie bien, et de nombreuses prises électriques dans l'appartement points aussi positifs, le wifi. Petit point négatif le frigidaire qui n'est pas très grand et un lave-vaisselle serait le bienvenu par rapport au ballon, il y a du potentiel dans cet appartement. Sinon proches des commerces, l'idéal pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. Proche de la gare maritime deuxième année consécutive que nous venons à Quiberon avec autant d'engouement et plaisir.

Pas de lumière dans l’entrée Frigo défaillant soi trop froid sois pas assez Canapé très médiocre.

Déçue

Port Maria en travaux vue grue, carrefour bruyant, passage voitures, camion, toute la journée à partir de 6h bruyant le soir et la nuit (jeunes ivres, pétards). Ménage limite, douche qui s'écoule mal, aspirateur hors du temps, odeur nauséabonde à l'utilisation. Trop chaud on peux pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit. Chambre sans fenêtre, frigo qui a degelé sans cesse pendant 3 jours.......

Bonne location, petit bémol chaises en bois, très inconfortables et vieillottes. Place de parking trop étroite. Résidence bien entretenue, propre. Bonne situation géographique.

Vue sur embarcadère

Appartement assez spacieux, situé en centre ville avec vue sur l'embarcadère pour Belle-Ile mais au pied d'un rond-point très utilisé (de jour), rendant l'utilisation du balcon impossible. Dommage ! Place de parking très utile mais penser à prendre un chausse-pied pour se garer même avec une voiture aux dimensions "standard"
