« The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

« Incredibly disappointing stay. This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. »

« La atención por Wats desde el inicio de la reserva es buena pero ya cuando estás ahí la verdad es nula !!! No está mal el lugar solo que se ve abandonado, el bote de basura del baño, las manijas de la puerta del baño y la llave del lavabo están en malas condiciones, las camas muy duras nada cómodas, los controles de la TV ya tenían las pilas oxidadas, por lo que no pudimos ni prenderla no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y dormir con los ventanales abiertos no se me hace nada seguro, hay...

« We had such an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and the rooftop was definitely a highlight; we loved spending time up there. The location is perfect and made it so easy to get around. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting! »
