"I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay."

"The hotel is located closely to the downtown (as almost everything in Tequisquiapan), the area is very quiet, the pool is clean with a tepid water (though very chloride). The only thing we didn't like was a continental breakfast, which only included a fruit plate with a toast, not even cereals or yogurt."

"Pros: The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The view is spectacular. Neutral: The breakfast was average. No labeling and very few options for people with allergies. Cons: The property was under renovation so the lobby and all common areas were either off limits or full of dust and construction equipment. The noise of the renovations was very loud, lasting until 10:30PM one night. The staff were not apologetic at all. When the renovations are done and Hilton takes over the hotel...
