Welcome to this spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped 3-story home, ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people. It’s perfect for vacations, trips with friends, remote work, or extended stays.
Layout:

• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed.
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds.
• Bedroom 4: 2 queen-size beds and 1 bunk bed.
• 3 full bathrooms and 1 half-bathroom.
• Living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining areas.
• Private patio on the first floor, balcony, and garden on the third floor.

• High-speed Wi-Fi and a private workspace.
• Roku TV.
• Kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, and basic utensils.

Pool:
The heated pool is shared within the condominium complex, outdoor, and available during specific hours. Its use is subject to the condo’s rules and availability; please check in advance for confirmation.

Padua Condominium, within Paseo de San Juan, next to El Refugio and on the Fray Junípero Serra Ring Road, in Santiago de Querétaro. Close to General Electric, supermarkets, restaurants, and services.
Security and Access:
The condominium features controlled access and security surveillance. There is a private entrance, a carbon monoxide detector, and an outdoor security camera. Check-in is via a key safety deposit box; the code is shared one day in advance.
Main Rules:
• Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 12:00 PM.
• Maximum of 8 guests.
• Up to 2 pets allowed.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
